EliteScholars is NOT a Lender or a registered NBFC and it only facilitates the loan through its selected lending partners who are suitable to process the loan. All the Lending partners are registered NBFCs or financial institutions regulated by the Reserve bank of India and are eligible to lend capital for foreign education.
EliteScholars collects the processing fee on behalf of its Lending partner. All the terms and conditions regarding the processing fee are as per the respective lender and will be directed as per the lenders policies mentioned in their communication with you.
As of now, we do not have a payment gateway integrated and hence, you are allowed to make a payment through the UPI platforms or Internet Banking- NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, etc. By making a payment through any of these modes, your transaction disputes, if any, shall be handled by the concerned bank or UPI platform and EliteScholars will not have any role pertaining to the same.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless, our subsidiaries, affiliates, related parties, officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, advertisers, partners, and co-branders from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, that may be made by any third party, that is due to or arising out of your conduct or connection with this website or service, your provision of content, your violation of this Terms of Use or any other violation of the rights of another person or party.
Notwithstanding any of the terms mentioned in this agreement, EliteScholars reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your account and/or to block your use of the Site.
All license agreements, use or any issues arising out of any activity regarding the use of this website will be governed by the laws of India and subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the State of Telangana.
